Rudimental Ft, Ed Sheeran – Lay It All On Me

Rudimental’s latest single Lay it All On Me has some killer beats. Band has publicly broadcasted the track, for the first time in late September on BBC’s Radio 1. This isn’t the first band’s collaboration with Ed Sheeran, since they recorded “Bloodstream” together for Sheeran’s latest album “x” in 2014. Lay It All On Me was originally recorded for Rudimental’s new album “We the Generation” which was released in early October.

This funky tune, with a lot of deep house elements, is cheerful and catchy. Sheeran’s vocals are just another layer to what is already masterfully produced song. The song is essentially about friendship, togetherness and trust, a topic the band has given a lot of thought since they spend so much time on the road, and are often away from their family and friends.  Lay It All On Me is a lead single for Rudimental’s latest album.
